Sleepy

 Dear Dr. Buff,

I always procrastinate on my homework because I am usually sucked in endless conversations at the Cafeteria or at my dorm. I end up staying up all night to work on my homework, then spend all day tired or napping. What do I do?

Dear Sleepybags,

Sounds like you simply aren't interested in your homework. You tell yourself subconsciously that  you don't like doing it, so you find it easy to get sucked in by any activity. Talking comes easy, so you talk for hours and procrastinate much more. My advice? Quiet down, get a study group, and do homework with intervals of breaks so you can alternate both your social life and your academics.
